What a session looks like

Five stages, always in this order. Nothing happens without you understanding why.

  1. 1ListeningWe take the time to understand what brings you here, your history, your background.
  2. 2AssessmentMobility testing, postural examination, locating the areas under tension.
  3. 3ExplanationI connect what I find to what you describe, and I explain it to you.
  4. 4TreatmentManual techniques adapted to you, never the same from one patient to the next.
  5. 5AdviceWhat you can do at home, and when you should see a doctor.
